Terms & conditions

We've compiled answers to the most important questions about booking and hosting your Petite Pamper Party. Our aim is to be transparent and make your party planning as easy as possible.

What happens if I need to change my party date or cancel altogether?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to your event. Guest numbers must be confirmed 72 hours before the party. If rescheduling is required, 7 days notice must be given to transfer the deposit to a new date. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event will require full payment. No refunds will be issued for reduced guest numbers after confirmation. We understand plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate where possible.

What do I need to know about preparing for the party and general supervision?

A responsible adult must remain present at all times during the party. Petite Pamper Parties staff are not responsible for general supervision of children outside of treatments and activities. The host must provide adequate space for setup. An indoor area is preferred to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all activities.

Are there any important health or allergy details I need to disclose?

Parents must notify us of any allergies or sensitivities when booking your party. Petite Pamper Parties is not liable for reactions where allergies were not disclosed to us prior to the event. Patch testing for our beauty products is available upon request to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time.

Are there any other important details or policies I should be aware of?

Travel fees may apply depending on your location within Melbourne. Photos may be taken for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing prior to the event. Any damage to equipment caused by guests during the party may incur replacement fees. Additional guests will be charged at the agreed per-child rate, but please remember no refunds will be issued for reduced guest numbers after confirmation.
